Q1: What types of garments do you manufacture?
A: We specialize in manufacturing men’s wear, women’s wear, and denim clothing. We provide comprehensive fabric and accessory testing reports to ensure all materials meet environmental and safety standards.
Q2: Can I customize my own designs or logos?
A: Yes, we offer full customization services. Whether it’s denim washing techniques, printing, or embroidery, you can provide your tech packs or physical samples for development.
Q3: What is your Minimum Order Quantity
A: Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces per color. If you have specific requirements for stock fabrics, we can discuss further.
Q4: How long does sampling take? What about the cost?
A: Samples usually take around 15 days. For complex styles (such as special wash denim), it may take longer. The sample fee is usually refundable upon bulk order placement.
Q5: What is the lead time for bulk production?
A: Generally, shipment is made within 30 to 45 days after receiving the deposit. The exact time may vary based on order quantity and peak seasons, but we strictly monitor the schedule.
Q6: How do you control product quality?
A: We have a strict QC process. In addition to the fabric and accessory testing you mentioned, we conduct mid-term and final inspections during cutting, sewing, and before packing to minimize defect rates.
Q7: What if there are quality issues with the received goods?
A: Please send us photos or videos as soon as possible after receiving the goods. If it is our production responsibility, we will offer free replacements or deduct the corresponding amount from the next order as compensation.
Q8: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We typically accept T/T, with a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment. For sample orders, we also accept PayPal or Western Union.
Q9: Can you assist with shipping and customs clearance?
A: Yes. We can work with EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP terms. If you don’t have a designated freight forwarder, we can recommend reliable logistics partners for you.
Q10: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T, L/C, PayPal, Alibaba Trade Assurance, Alipay etc.
